Hazrat Muslim Ibn Hares Tamimi [R.A.] said that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, told me in his ear that when he returns the salam of the Maghrib prayer, he should recite this dua seven times before speaking to anyone

If you fall and you die that night, your release from Hell will be written

Even after the Fajr prayer, this prayer will be recited 

seven times in the same manner

If you fall down and you die on that day, a decree of release from hell will be writtenfor you
